I guess city centre but mine doesn't show that onlu speed signs

I've seen that a few times and it means city limits.

I've also seen start / end of motorway sign and a blue square with a white car in it.

Very common city limits sign in Scandinavia. That being said, even here, you'll only rarely see it in the Astra display. I don't know what triggers it sometimes, because 99% of the time for me it just shows the regular round "50 km/h max" sign.

 

The sign is city limits..not sure why it pops up in the I'm as there is never a sign like this around when it pops up.
I was following a Jeep renegade other day and up popped a picture of a car...it thought the rear of the Jeep was a traffic sign!
