My 1.4T techline nav is averaging 44/45 mpg. Not bad I think for this time of year.
The 1.6 Astra H I had before would manage 42 mpg on the same rural commute into Huntingdon.
The Signum 1.9cdti I had before that would struggle to average 42 mpg on the same commute.
It's DPF was shot (along with the M32 choc-box).
On a long run I've managed 49mpg. The Astra H would do about the same and the Signum? Well 52mpg was the best I got from that on a run!!

Trip computer has exceeded 80mpg but over the course of a tank from full to empty I get an average of 700 miles or 68-72mpg showing on the trip computer. 66mpg in reality when I calculate it tank to tank litres used/mileage.

I know the trip computer isn't accurate, but over the 17k miles I've had mine it's averaged 59.6 mpg (90% motorway miles and I drive to maximise fuel economy). It's a bit less than I'd hoped for to be honest. Had a 108 hp diesel for a few weeks during the recall, and it was significantly better on fuel economy and I didn't really notice the power difference.

Someone said to me that the difference between the 110 and 136 is mainly a slightly larger turbo and offcourse a different map in the ECU.

Larger turbo will enable higher boost pressure but wil generally also take longer to spin up so the 110 probably feels snappy as the turbo boost kicks in a few hundred rpm's lower.

My 110 kicks in at about 16-1800 RPM's (Or so it feels) and my old Zafira 150HP was at about 2000-2200 RPM's before i felt the turbo boost.

Also the 110 can be boosted to about 139 HP with a tuning map. (And the 136 can probably be tuned to more).

50mpg on a 1.0L turbo. My average speed is 26mph on my trip so i think that's good mpg considering (start/stop turned off).

I have managed to beat my record by a little bit. Reset the computer once engine warmed up and then did 12 miles on single and dual carriageway . 52.6 mpg . Could probably get up to 54 or 55 if I could keep in 6th gear at a constant 55mph.

55.1 is my best so far from my 1.6t st.,but that included a cold start and two occupants with luggage,so I will endeavour to find out if I can resist temptation.😁👍.

On 3rd tank of fuel since buying a 1.6t still only getting low 30s on mpg. It might be because I keep remembering why I bought it and floor it at every opportunity 🤣
