...just to confirm ..... is the lcd panel separate to the rest of the stereo? ...assume it is as some peeps say they have replaced it :/

thinking maybe a punt on the bay :/ ....... this seems to be the right one .....and its a breaker firm that say they have tested it

...do dealers give out the stereo codes easily?

....and yes ...someone was selling a unit on the bay that had the SAME flashing screen ISSUE!! wtf! :( :D

:) that is nice ... many thanks again ....shame you arent round the corner ..... i would ask you to do one of your £40 screen refits :D

....think i might leave mine and see how i cope .... seems risky with scrapper items ...... and dont fancy the £650 starting price from dealer!

Also, there is no need for any codes, even if you buy a second hand display like the one you linked to....Obviously you need the bigger screen, but the screen is not coded to the car as in previous vauxhall's
2016 Astra K 110HP, Opel Eye camera, front and rear parking sensors, dual zone climate control and heated front seats, sight and light pack.
