Picked up my new astra yesterday, my samsung S8 does not fit.
if the company that i work for buys a 3d printer, the first thing i'll do is to make a phone holder into that abysmal slit.

I did think that 3D printing would be the solution, it’s just then getting the colour to an exact match of the dash.

Oh well, I’ll just have to stick to not having a fuse cover in place for now. Having the powerflex bar on is an eyesore.

Even more interesting.

Typically a part will have two numbers, one for Vauxhall, one for Opel (KAT etc).

EPC nor our pricing/stock system doesn't recognise either part number for Vauxhall or Opel.

I've called Opel in Germany, they'll come back to me shortly.

Anymore news on this?

Any news on this part.

Had a look around the dealers and didn't see it.

I have a 3D printer, ive printed this https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3124120
But i find that my phone is to lose in the holder, i will try to design something to go into the slit.

you could have done what i did :D that is to get a black styrofoam/sponge-foam and cut it with a scalpel that would fit perfectly to your phone and then stick it into the cupholder place.
