The need of an item is totally subjective to anyones mind.
What you may find ugly, I may find it nice, what you may find it unuseful somebody else thinks its useful etc. I personally find it annoying having all the time fingerprints on the screen, while the whole other dashboard shines.

I replace the screen protector on my phone regularly, I expect any protector I buy will also be done.

Currently looking at a total laser cut cover to cover the full Navi SatNav screen. It won't be easy or cheap.

gave a lot of effort to take out two big bubbles in the center and finally I manage it.

Just saw this on Amazon. Looks like a perfect fit for 8 inch screens. Might give it a try.
