Hi everyone,

I installed to my Astra K Led Headlights and xenon.

I changed my Low beam lights with philips xendrive h7

For high beam and fog lights i bought LED Headlight Conversion Kit from Aliex.
For high Beam : http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Runstreet-TM-9600lm-H1-Xenon-White-6000K-LED-Car-Automotive-Headlight-Lamp-Kit-Cree-XHP-50/32440255255.html
For Fog Lights : http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Runstreet-TM-9600lm-H11-Xenon-White-6000K-LED-Car-Automotive-Headlight-Lamp-Kit-Cree-XHP-50/32438949782.html

Led Headlights are much more powerfull because of its new technology but it is not suitable for Astra K's low beams. There is not enough place to fit it. Thats why i choose xenon for h7 low beams.

Installitions are very simple and no cutting. You have to drill a small hole only for h7 xenons. Led lights are plug and play kind of.

Beleive me they look very impressive ;)

My low beams are a little more blueish because they are 8000k. But i ordered led headlights bulbs as 6000k. I am gonna change the xenon bulbs with 6000k soon.

They do look good.
Will the 6000k bulbs match nicely to the standard led daytime running lights?
Yes they will match. DRLs are also 6000k.

Kev, you are probably aware of this, but you do know that the vast majority of aftermarket HID kits/bulbs are illegal in the UK?

Just an FYI...

Led lights must be legal but for xenon lights, it is not legal in Turkey as well. But our headlights has lens. So it wont be a problem for me. 3 years later we have to get tüv checkup. Then i am gonna change xenon with halogen bulbs to get it.

Looks great. Hows the distance and light quality with them?
Distance and light quality is perfect. New generation led products are much more better than any other Hid xenon kit. It is a very tiny little light source but it is amazing.

do you have the balasts as well?

you have to drill a small whole for the rubber cap. after you gonna insert the bulb from this whole and replace with halogen bulb. the naked connections (red & black) need to plug in to the black connector that you disconnect from the halogen bulb. and the rest of the cables that stay outside will be pluged on to the xenon Balast. thats all..

have fun.

Just received H1 LED's from Aliexpress but I find it difficult to fit the LED's. I can't get them through the holes and out to the headlight. Any tips?

It was the exact same LED's. But it tried earlier today to apply a bit more force and then it worked.

Cool! You have to put it inside in an angle with a gentle force. Good to hear you made it. Have fun!
