Can someone tell me what this is MY2016.5.All I no is I have a Astra K 1.6 T 2016 built in January Please except my apologies for being behind the times.Its just that I see this MY2016.5 quite a lot and I'm not up to speed on this.Is referring to cars built in 2016

The 2016 model year started in September? (or when Astra K production started) 2015, and in December 2015 they changed the spec to create the 2016.5 model year. The 2017 model year will start from around September 2016.

How would I know whether it's a my2016 or a my2016.5. Car ordered 22/08/2015 and delivered 23/01/2016. Delay was due to the 1.6T (200) engine not being available until Jan.

As far as I know, the 2017 starts around July, and the prices are changing also.

Order taking may well start in July, I think production normally changes in September.
