During a long drive mostly at motorway speeds, 'engine on reduced power' appeared briefly on my Astras dash. I started to notice a drop in engine power, but nothing that prevented me from driving the car at normal motorway speeds and I was able to move away from junctions without a problem. Much later I noticed the check engine warning symbol, which had probably been on soon after the reduced power warning. When I arrived home I plugged an ODB2 and it came up with three error codes, although two were the same.
2x Non-confirmed code(s): P0102 Mass or Volume Air Flow 'A' Circuit Low
1x Non-permanent code(s): P0299 Turbocharger (TC) / supercharger (CS) low boost
I used the ODB2 to clear the P0102 error codes in the hope that it would solve the problem, but the P0299 code remains and there is a still a slight drop in power. Any advice appreciated.
