Hi All,
This is the first car I have ever owned with DAB radio in it and frankly it doesn't seem to me to perform very well and just wondered about others experiences.
Essentially when I select a DAB station (regardless of which one) it is constantly breaking up or not even there!!!!! It is essentially almost impossible to listen to it. When it does fleetingly work it seems great but its just too much of a windup to try listening to a DAB station. I was under the impression that DAB was supposed to be much better than FM.
I live around 50 miles from London so would have thought I should get reasonable reception. I have tried to use the re-tune function a few times just in case and it reports ALL the stations in my area but doesn't seem to want to play any of them with any real consistency.
Does anyone else experience these problems or in fact know if DAB (on the move) is that reliable anyway?
Thanks
