Hi guys
I’m about to replace the coolant tank on my Astra k, it looks pretty easy. When it comes to putting the coolant back in, am I right in thinking the system will bleed itself by leaving the coolant tank cap off and the engine running for 10-15 mins? And obviously keeping an eye on the coolant level (topping up when needed) Or is it a little more complicated than that.

I don't think you'll lose much coolant just changing the tank,
i posted a while ago with a how 2 for bleeding the cooling system if you're draining the whole lot.

hello I have the 1.0 engine from 2016 I wanted to drain the coolant I saw that there is a tap to empty it. my question is whether there is a bleed screw or it is automatic on the engine
