hi myukjob85

My dealer did this modification but i hear the rattle again on cold start. Should I need to contact dealer?
Do you still hear the rattle at startup again? Mines is done in april 2021. What engine oil do you use?
Its only at startup not when running or something.

Thanks
If ut rattle again after the gasket install that means that unfortunately the guides was broken before the installation so you will need to replace the cam chain and all accessories

That's not what I am thinking. It was good for a month of 3 after modification (no rattle). My car is still in warranty for this repair they did in april. I will complain again. And yes mines is filled with Opel original 0w20

I tell to my dealer to add gasket for tensioner. Now I want ask what motor oil to use. I know that is prefer to use 0W20 may be for rattle noise , but after added new tensioner and gasket , do you think that 0W20 is best choice ?
After installed new tensioner and gasket rattle noise will be fixed, can you advice which motor oil will be best.

I do think is a better choice but needs to be dexos 2. I used 0w20 liqui moly 6600 witch is meeting the dexos 2 equivalent. The engine running smoothly and less vibration on idle almost can not feel it.
