I have used this with good results in the past.
You probably would have to bond thin plastic at the back of the clip.

Re: Astra k 2018 navigation wrong location
Hi
Insufficient satellite signals to pin point the position is the satellite with red Cross through it, possibly. I get it when the car is in my garage, but soon picks them up when I back out.
TP is for the traffic warning system on the radio I think. You can usually disable it.

Re: Brake light issue
Im now thinking that could be something to do with my abs light coming on, if the break is not lifting right off and I'm using power it might be that a module is expecting the car to slow when I'm accelerating hench the warning light The plot thickens! There will be a fault code set for that to com...

Re: Brake light issue
I wonder why they have a potentiometer on the brake pedal now. Only reason i could think of is to know the exact pedal position for the emergency brake assist function ? I think it monitors the rate of change in pedal travel so it knows you are, for example emergency braking and the brake module ac...

Re: Brake light issue
Good pictures
Your car appears to be an automatic so I dont think they needed the recall done, not sure though.

Re: Break light issue
I noticed your car is a diesel from a battery charging post you did. Has your car had the recall done on the brake and clutch system? That is if it requires it.

Re: Break light issue
I was having a look to get a bit familiar and the steel bolt/pin in red has a bit of rust, and I feel like the pedal is not coming up with my foot quick enough as if there is lag in the pedal springing back I sprayed some wd40 were the rust is and I'll see if that helps at all before I go further T...

Re: Break light issue
From the picture it looks very similar to the astra j potentiometer brake switch, which regularly failed in the early j's. Had it happen to my car when I had it. Friends or work colleagues would inform me my brake lights were flickering on and off of their own accord. I noticed on motorway journeys ...
