Re: TC Traction Control problem?

Welcome, mihec! To be perfectly honest, I haven't experienced the same conditions as you have to know how my TC, etc, would perform. What you suggest, however, does seem logical. Until someone else on here drives in the same scenario, it's difficult to know how to advise you. We have snow forecast i...

Re: Morning

Welcome, Nige!

Obviously I'm biased, but the 1.6T SRi is a great car - I'm sure you won't be disappointed. As Bruce says, you did well getting hold of one!! :) :)

It joined the production line today - due W/C 19th, however could be earlier according to dealer!

I have loved my 2.0 CDTi J SRi, but needed more power.... 1.6T

Re: Android Auto connection issues

Well shit - a mixed bag! Sounds like a promising outcome, with some strange side effects. I guess its going to be a wait and see game for my K to arrive and test with all my equipment! In regards to your issues, maybe pull your battery, give it a few minutes and then re-attach? Give it a full hard ...

Re: Tailgate light cluster cover issue. Help!!!

Hi there, New to the forum so be gentle with me please! I've just bought a 2016 Sports Tourer SRI. Love the car but there is one issue that is really annoying me. Thought it would be a quick fix but boy was I wrong... The issue is that there is a small plastic cover missing from the inside of the t...

Re: Android Auto connection issues

I've found so far that it can be unreliable if you use a cheap USB cable. I can't confirm 100% yet, but I've removed all the cheap ebay cables from the car I was trying out, and have started to use a USB cable that came with an HTC device, and it has worked 100% of the time so far. I'll have to use...

Re: Android Auto connection issues

Anyone willing to do me a favour is a legend in my book! Basically want to see if i can feed the phone more power using a fast charge 12v charger - and if it will work! haha Cheers! :D :D OK, I've had a bit of an experimentation, with mixed fortunes. The good news is that I've tried two other charg...

Re: 2 years late

Cheers, do you find the bonnet chips really easy? Quite a few marks on mine when the sun shines. I try to keep on top of it and deal with most obvious ones with chipex Yeah, I've had some issues with stone chips, etc. One of the home visit repairers, who did a few jobs on my previous 'J', gave me a...

Re: Android Auto connection issues

You're a legend - thank you! I currently have a 12v Anker Fast Charger and a 3.5mm in my J, and I want to retain fast charge while using android auto if possible! What I will most likely end up doing is popping the USB from the arm rest out of its mount, and installing all the cable under the centr...
