Wiring combination>Intellilink R4>Subwoofer

Hi folks, I'm looking to wire up a subwoofer to the R4 Intellilink system I have and I need to know the wiring for it. I've done a few searches and found some useful articles but it seems that there's quite a bit of confusion because there are multiple variants. This is one of the articles I read: h...

Re: Calling spare wheel owners!!

Ah thanks very much. Sorry, but could I be cheeky and just ask how much height there is from the inside of the spare wheel (with the tools removed) to the bottom of the boot floor please?

Cheers in advance 👍

Calling spare wheel owners!!

Can anyone measure the height of the false floor from the bottom of the boot please?

I'd like to know how high it is as there are two lips on the carpeted side panels, one about 3 inches high, the other 6.

Cheers.

Re: A couple of 'features' or are they faults?!

Thanks AdieMcc.
Slightly off topic, but I notice you have a sharks fin aerial. Is it hard to fit? Where do you get one? I have a genuine need for one, not just for looks, so it would be worth knowing! Cheers

A couple of 'features' or are they faults?!

Since picking up my nearly new Astra (sub 500 miles), I've noticed a few of things which I'm not sure are faults or not. I have the 1.4T 150PS. 1. Hesitant in 1st gear when pulling away. No matter how smooth I am on the clutch, it often jerks - not by a massive amount but enough to make it not be sm...

Re: Space saver spare wheel

Thanks! Sadly though £220 doesn't include the boot floor liner needed (£90+) and the wheel brace £20+ bringing it to close to £350!! Talking of the wheel brace, where does that sit in the foam as there isn't a space for it? Also, is the foam the same for the ST as the HB? They look to differ slightl...

Space saver spare wheel

Bit of a long shot, but would anyone know of somewhere in the UK I can get the space saver spare wheel with the surround etc (HB).

I'm not paying the £400 for a dealer!! Have tried a few scrap yards on ebay but no luck.

Thanks in advance guys! :)

Rear camera

Does anyone know if purchasing just the camera below will link straight into the Intellilink system without anything else? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Vauxhall-Astra-K-2015-2019-Genuine-Reversing-Camera-13473347/132000561518?epid=5035630507&hash=item1ebbd8b96e:g:YKkAAOSwal5YJiKw £20 odd pounds to...

Playing audio from USB stick via folders

Hi all, I've just come into the world of Astra K ownership and read the reviews at how good the Intellilink system is, but in all honest I've been rather disappointed with it. My main gripe is the playback of audio from USB sticks via folders. Quite simply, the system doesn't read the folder structu...

Facelift grill

Hi all, I've just got my 2019 MY Griffin and it has the pre facelift double v grill (Vauxhall) which is OK but I was wondering if anyone has swapped one for the new 2020MY facelift? Are they easy to unbolt and swap over or is it an integral part of the whole bumper or isn't compatible. Thanks in adv...
