What part in particular are you struggling with?

Gearbox will be fine, just try not to crunch on hard launches especially from 1st to 2nd, once you're underway then the torque won't be an issue, 150ml of ceratec in the gearbox wouldn't hurt either.

Does anyone know where the oil pressure switch / sensor is located on the 1.6 cdti's?

I have a black one, with the right rear arch liners (vx line has different rear arch liners to match up with the rear vx line bumper holes).

I stuck it on my black astra to make the same change.
