Yes,the oil was released just before the lurgy struck the world,
so i don't suppose supply has got any better and probably won't any time soon,from what i see the backorder situation on a lot of parts is still a bit dire

Can't see my car on the my18 onwards list. Astra 1.6t Sri 68 plate with gpf so will be using Dex 1 gen 2 still. According to the owners manual you can use either oil on the 1.6 with gpf. Are you certain you've posted the correct car details ? Astra J with the 1.6 diesel is chain driven,not belt,regarding any faults i would recommend a full module code scan, body control modules can be at root of these sort of issues due to water ingress, but it's always best to first establish the b...

They've issued a special coverage bulletin for this fault,5 years or 100,000 miles but crucially it's NOT a recall but only upon customer complaint.

I posted the bulletin contents just after it was issued in February,so far there have been no amendments or updates but i will keep an eye on it
