Re: engine won't start

That's more tricky then.

Might be the starter motor that went belly up, might be the relay that controls the starter.

No flashing lights of any sort...Can indicate that the immobilizer does not think it has the right key.

Did you try it with the other key ?

Re: OpCom on astra K

I can confirm my Australian spec RS-V had an option for auto heated seats but I don’t have rear heated seats. So it’s very possible! I have all the hardware for traffic sign recognition but it’s not enabled in my market because Holden chose not to enable it on Astra’s. Even though I have adaptive c...

Re: Engine Vibrating Astra K 1.0 T 2017

I wonder if the vibrations are not just the characteristic of a 3 cyl engine.

Our 1.0 3 cyl Corsa D, certainly has a different "shake" to it, than our 4 cyl Astra.

Re: Buyer Beware Engine fault/charateristic on Astra 1.6cdti Help required

I get a message on the mini display instructing you to continue driving engine regen or something of that nature. I owned my 2017 1.6 cdti elite since February so far I have seen the message once. I also regular have the experience with the engine fan. the issue that I have noticed is my cruise con...

Re: Washer fluid warning

Possible to retrofit as on the previous vevtras? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk On earlier astra's these sensors were a factory fitted option, on the K, this is not an option so i would highly doubt that they have any sort of programming to handle these warnings and not even the needed input pi...

Re: engine won't start

Did you try the "Bill Gates" approach.

"Restart"

Remove battery terminal from the battery....Wait 20 minutes.....Reconnect battery terminal.

Re: Washer fluid warning

while irritating i can understand the omitting of the washer fluid sensor/buoy. it is not something fatal. I also had coolant level check, and oil level check previously but those have been omitted as well. the omitting of these are more serious :@ Yes, i must say that monitoring of these levels we...

Re: Washer fluid warning

This is not an option in the Astra sadly.

Had this in my previous car Zafira B, seems that Vauxhall has done a lot of cost cutting.
