Re: ASTRA K DOUBLE AGR

I'll add to this, it's a godsend in the summer when the car is baking hot, and people also say it's very good when they try it How is the car baking hot ? Mine is usually just about 20C just like i set the Climate Control to ? I meant when you first get in the car after it being in the sun, the hot...

Re: ASTRA K DOUBLE AGR

I just really want ventilated driver's seat :( Damn, I regret not getting that! From what i have read, the "cooling" is just a fan under the seat, blowing ambient air over the botton of the seat. I have seen more than one person, say that this is not very effective in reality. It's definitely both ...

Re: NAVI 900 BLANK SCREEN.

These Navi 900 are not reliable, I bought my Astra in November 2018 and the bottom left of the screen was faulty, couldn't tap on the first radio preset. Vauxhall rang me for a "recall" on it and this new screen worked perfectly, and now 2 weeks ago I can't tap the entire left hand side from Audio/S...

Re: Android auto s8 plus

There isn't a specific sequence, I plug mine in, turn the engine on, wait for the Projection icon to change to Android Auto and it's smooth sailing from there. Also got an S8 and it's fine for me

Re: Waiting for the 2nd needle sweep

I usually let the first needle sweep happen then start it up, but then again mine's petrol so I don't need to worry about warming up the glow plugs, if I had a diesel I'd do the same as you.

Re: Sound proofing

I suppose technically he is correct. I don't know if the end of line 1.6T Astras still have it (maybe someone with a 68 plate could verify?) but the Acoustic Pack definitely existed and I was quoted about £500 to have it retro-fitted to my 16-plate 1.4T. If I remember rightly, it was under bonnet p...

Not too sure, if I had to guess, aerodynamics, but they existed on the GM Astra, fitted to my 18 plate

Yes, definitely. Service interval is every year or 12,000 miles (might be 20k, I can't remember), whichever comes first.
Yep, It's 12,000

Re: Flat bottom Steering wheel

Don´t You have in UK these flat-bottomed steering wheels fitted to Astra with VX-line pack? Why are You looking for Insignia wheel / alternatives? https://img11.auto24.ee/auto24/560/645/128412645.jpg I figured out my button illumination problem - dimmer was adjusted too dark :D Nope, at least not e...

Re: Manufacturer's update

I've since heard the manufacturer's updates are: - exhaust pressure sensor (from March) - touchscreen test (from May) I will be speaking to the Network Q dealer about why a car they sold to me 3 weeks ago hadn't had these done... I have only heard about the touchscreen test, if you're curious about...
