My 1.0lt is the same. It has done it since brand new in cold temperatures.

Re: Service theft alarm?

No, it can come on if it detects a attempted theft. Mine comes on if my dash cam sometimes falls from the window.

Re: Ecoflex turbo 1.0 litre - lacking performance

All you have to do is get back in a astra j 1.6vvt and then you'll realise how fast the 1.0T is in comparison! Such a remarkable improvement over the mk6 j as i still have both mk7 k and mk6 j.

Re: 15" Steel wheels - will they fit

Could possibly hit the caliper. 16 inch is the smallest on the astra from factory so I'd stick with that.

Re: Brakes sticking on start up everytime

My car does this all through the Autumn, Winter and Spring. The few months of summer it doesn't. Any moisture makes them stick on and im sure pretty much every other astra owner has this same problem. Nothing to worry about but it is a pain in the ass.

The front is windscreen only and the demist with the figure is front windscreen and all other possible outlets ie front facing and feet etc.

Easy enough to do. £2 for a few metres off ebay.
