Re: Anyone feeling a "C" change

No electric car for me, I live in a second floor flat and parking is 'on street'. I don't think my neighbours would appreciate me running a power cord down the side of the building and across the path :D

Re: New Golf

I think they're a good looking car, especially in higher / sporty spec but very expensive. I considered one when I got the K but for the same price as a nearly new K it would have been a 3+ year old Golf. And the Astra had a better spec. No contest. Will be interesting to see how much the iD 3 costs.

Re: Beware brake fluid

Yeah, worth confirming the prices upfront. My dealer tried to stiff my last year when I had the front and rear disks and pads changed at the same time as the service. I'd booked the service online and then had a confirmation call. Should have been around £750 (yes, still expensive). Went to collect ...

Something like 60% of people don't have access to off street parking capable of having a charge point at home. Genius planning from the government.

Re: Toyota corolla 2.0 hybrid

I think that the GR Yaris will be "reassuringly expensive"! Seriously, it seems that with the new EU legislation coming in 2020, the likes of the GR Yaris (high powered light small cars) will become an endangered species. The moral is - if you want one, buy it whilst you can. Yes, probably going to...
