Does anyone know how to remove the exhaust tips without removing the full system or grinding them off?

I want to give them a proper polish but I can't get access to them whilst fitted.

Re: Astra spotting

You'll find a lot of leasing companies have got them. I know the Contracts department at my place of work ordered a fleet of 70+ Astra STs in Royal Blue or whatever the free colour was called.

Re: Better brakes

I've not had any issues with mine so far. They've stopped me in emergency situations very well. I am looking at upgrading to either Brembos or EBCs when the time comes though.

Re: Astra k 66 reg turbo badge

That's definitely not a standard badge. I would imagine, as others have said, it was something they put on to be different.

Re: Triple wax Liquid Gold.

If you want a good 'self drying' product. I'd suggest get a Aqua Gleam filter. I bought one last week and got to finally use it two nights ago and it works brilliantly. It might be considered expensive but given that I've spent about the same if MF towels it seemed like a smart idea. http://www.poli...

Re: Diamond Cut Alloys

If you're wanting to keep the car looking it's best, you're best off either doing it yourself or getting a professional valeter in. Local car wash guys (Tescos car wash type of thing) will end up giving you swirl marks, they have also been know to use too much TFR resulting in etching on paint, trim...

Re: Diamond Cut Alloys

I'd be more worried about the damage they do to your paint work.
