Re: Tyre position tpms relearn tool not needed apparently
I can see this method re-synchronising a sensor that has previously been 'learnt' by the TPMS control unit, but not sure about using this method on a brand-new sensor that has a different ID to those programmed. I dont think any relearning method, with or without a relearn tool will program the ID ...

Re: Brake Callipers Painted.
Look good.
Couldn't be bothered to do it myself, having said that I have elite alloy wheels and you can barely see my calipers so wouldn't be worth while for me.

Re: Tyre position tpms relearn tool not needed apparently
I have read this also, but honestly, the tool can be bought for less than 10£ on ebay with delivery, so instead of having to deflate and inflate the tyres, the tool is a lot easier. I agree, just thought I would mention it for those who don't have the tool should they need to do it. I dont think yo...

Tyre position tpms relearn tool not needed apparently
I believe after reading something today you don't need a tpms relearn tool with gm vehicles. Not tried it myself but apparently you activate the relearn procedure on the dash. Starting at front left wheel (indicator on) let some air out of the tyre and the horn will honk (position learned) and then ...

Re: Key blade
Hi It is probably a combination of dust /skin and the weakening of the spring ( it's newness wearing off lol). With the correct miniature torx screw driver you can remove the two screws and disassemble the key fob. The spring can be given an extra rotation to increase rotational return force. It is ...

Re: Tpms
Just thought I would add to this thread again. I have since given it some more thought and with hindsight (wonderful thing) I believe phllimus could have copied his original sensors ID's by obd port. His car's tpms module stored the original sensor ID's it is looking for at each corner of the car. I...

Re: Time setting
It only updates on FM stations for me, never really use DAB myself.
